Banana Pudding Recipe

Banana Pudding Ingredients

  • (serving for 6-8 people)
  • 3 sliced ripe bananas
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • A dash of salt
  • A teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • A cup of sugar
  • Vanilla wafers

First, mix eggs and sugar, then add cornstarch, salt and milk.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, while stirring constantly.
Keep on cooking until thickened.
Remove from heating and add vanilla, mixing well.
Layer the vanilla wafers, pudding and bananas in a serving bowl.
